Event Details

We wish to acknowledge the ancestral, traditional and unceded Aboriginal territories of the Coast Salish, Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh people on whose territory we work, live and play on whose territory we stand. We Give Thanks!
A community celebration in the spirit of creating harmony amongst people from all walks of life. #GiveThanksDay has always been a day to remember how far a simple act of kindness can reach. It is a day where we all aspire to inspire youth philanthropy while bridging the gap between the marginalized and privileged communities.
This is our 5th annual Give Thanks Day in collaboration with Playing For Change Day Foundation commemorating the diversity of people living in the DTES of Vancouver. On every #GTD, we serve free food for all present along with providing free services listed below. This year, we will have an addition of offering our youth with a free soccer clinic and a meet and greet with Strathcona Community Police.
